Senior Client Success Manager role managing and developing a portfolio of clients across Europe. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, growing partnerships, identifying business development opportunities, and leading client meetings. Requires 3+ years experience in mobile advertising with programmatic user acquisition campaigns, strong analytical skills with knowledge of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA), excellent English communication skills, and understanding of the mobile app industry. Hybrid work model based in London (3 days office, 2 days remote). Legal right to work in the UK required.
