Full job description

Tatari is hiring a Senior Client Services Manager to join the Growth team. The role involves managing post-sales relationships and campaign execution for SMB clients investing in TV and CTV advertising. Responsibilities include leading strategy, optimizing campaigns, translating performance data into actionable insights, identifying client needs, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 6+ years in paid media account management, 2+ years managing TV/digital/programmatic campaigns, experience with senior stakeholders, and strong analytical and communication skills. What you'll do

  • Serve as a strategic lead and trusted advisor for SMB and complex client accounts
  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns
  • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations and growth plans
  • Identify unstated client needs and new opportunities
  • Leverage cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges
  • Lead clients through broader TV strategy and adoption
  • Lead strategy discussions and push thinking forward
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Mentor junior team members and shape best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
  • 6+ years of experience in post-sales paid media account management
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience buying, trading, or managing campaigns across TV, digital, or programmatic platforms
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Ability to mentor, train, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong background supporting performance-driven brands or agencies
  • Understanding of streaming and programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Ability to analyze performance data and communicate insights
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
