Full job description
Senior Client Partner responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion within strategic key accounts. Lead commercial strategy, cultivate relationships with senior executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver unified solutions. Requires 8+ years in SaaS, ad platform, or ad tech with proven revenue success and leadership skills. Must communicate effectively with C-level executives and collaborate internally across product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams. What you'll do
- Own and achieve revenue growth goals focusing on strategic expansion through platform capabilities, products, and services
- Lead end-to-end commercial strategy for accounts with robust opportunity identification and precise revenue forecasting
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts to align internal stakeholders around key customer initiatives
- Establish continuous feedback loop synthesizing customer needs and market trends to influence product roadmaps and business strategy
- Partner with customers to remove operational friction through unified workflows
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to co-author strategic account plans and ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead high-level collaboration across clients, agencies, platforms, and data partners
- Identify new value-creation opportunities proactively to accelerate commercial success
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the SaaS, ad platform, or ad tech space with demonstrated success managing strategic key accounts
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Natural leadership ability and passion for rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision
- Curiosity and drive to partner with customers to solve complex business challenges through technology and AI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers
- High degree of product curiosity and agility to master an expansive, evolving suite of capabilities
- Ability to collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success)
