Full job description

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the data onboarding team. The role involves client engagement to gather data requirements, data analysis, designing onboarding and automation solutions, acting as a technical liaison, quality assurance through code reviews, reporting, and relationship building. Requires proficiency in SQL, relational database design, data warehousing, ETL systems, Linux, Python, and Shell scripting (preferred). Minimum 3 years experience in data onboarding or related fields. Strong problem-solving, leadership, client interaction, and organizational skills needed. Hybrid work model based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand data requirements
  • Translate client requirements into detailed documentation and mapping rules
  • Analyze client data and design scalable onboarding and automation solutions
  • Present data findings to stakeholders
  • Act as liaison between clients, developers, pre-sales teams, and partners
  • Engage in code reviews and verify correct application of business rules
  • Maintain high data integrity across databases
  • Share initial data onboarding reports and provide ongoing updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with ownership and accountability
  • Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Understanding of relational database design, data warehousing concepts, and ETL systems
  • Familiarity with Linux for file archival
  • Experience with Python and Shell scripting (a plus)
  • Experience in AdTech (a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years in data onboarding, data solutions engineering, or similar roles
