Merkle is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support enterprise-scale Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics initiatives. The role involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, architects, developers, and analytics teams to translate business goals into actionable analytics strategies. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, defining KPIs, supporting implementations, managing project dependencies, and aiding in testing and change management. Required qualifications include experience with Adobe CJA and/or Adobe Analytics, strong stakeholder management, business analysis or consulting experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications include Adobe certifications, experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, agency or consulting experience, project management skills, and use of AI tools. The position is full-time, remote, based in Texas, with a salary range of $59,000 to $90,000.
