Senior Bookkeeper

What you'll do

• Handle and oversee a variety of ongoing accounting duties including day to day financial transactions, AP-AR, and payments in a multi-currency environment
• Prepare and review month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid, etc.
• Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as needed
• Work closely with bookkeepers, controllers, and other finance teams around the world
• Mentor and train team members

Requirements

• Bookkeeping certificate type 3
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in High-tech company
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to details and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level English both in speaking and writing
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliations, and validation of large data sets
• Experience in NetSuite
