Full job description

Lead the design and implementation of employee benefits programs across multiple geographies aligned with business goals and employee needs. Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings using market benchmarking and employee feedback. Develop HR policies compliant with local statutory requirements. Drive benefits harmonization while respecting regional differences. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and vendors to deliver excellent benefits experience. Manage relationships with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators globally. Lead open enrollment, renewals, and employee communications. Use data analytics to track benefits utilization, costs, and effectiveness, reporting to senior leadership. Requires 10+ years experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation & Benefits roles with expertise in multi-country benefits program design, statutory compliance, and vendor management. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced global organization.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end design and implementation of employee benefits programs across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance existing benefits offerings based on market benchmarking, employee feedback, and cost effectiveness
  • Develop and govern HR policies in compliance with local statutory requirements across all operating countries
  • Drive benefits harmonization and standardization initiatives while respecting regional nuances
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class benefits experience
  • Own relationships with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators globally
  • Lead open enrollment cycles, renewals, and employee communications across geographies
  • Use data and analytics to track benefits utilization, costs, and effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation & Benefits roles
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing benefits programs across multiple countries (APAC, EMEA, Americas preferred)
  • Deep expertise in statutory compliance, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks across diverse geographies
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, passionate about work, takes ownership, enjoys freedom with responsibility
