Full job description
Tatari is seeking Senior Backend Engineers to contribute to system architecture, mentor junior engineers, and ship high-quality code. Responsibilities include developing new features, collaborating on architecture and scaling decisions, designing data models, conducting code reviews, and working cross-functionally with Data Science and Product teams. Requirements include 6+ years of software development experience with Python, experience with agentic coding tools, deploying LLM-based systems, building distributed systems, and expertise in modern data stacks (RDS, Databricks, Spark, Redshift, Kafka, Airflow, dbt). Nice to have API development experience and familiarity with AI/ML features. Benefits include total compensation of $170,000 - $200,000, equity, health insurance, 401K, education benefits, unlimited PTO, hybrid work with 2 days in office weekly, and more.
