Full job description
Tatari is seeking Senior Backend Engineers to contribute to system architecture, mentor junior engineers, and develop new features. Candidates must have 6+ years of software development experience with Python, 4+ years building distributed systems and working with modern data stacks including RDS, Databricks, Spark, Redshift, Kafka, Airflow, and dbt. Experience with LLM-based systems and agentic coding tools is required. Responsibilities include designing data models, leading architecture discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Benefits include total compensation of $170,000 - $200,000, equity, health insurance, 401K, education benefits, unlimited PTO, and hybrid work with 2 days in office per week.
