Full job description
Senior Associate Publisher Growth Manager to join Publisher Operations team. Act as link between projects to provide excellent customer service and drive growth and adoption for customers. Requires deep ad tech experience, ability to engage executive clients, pitch platform adoption, and work with technical teams. Responsibilities include managing publisher client portfolio, training on Publica features, liaising with internal teams to solve problems, driving revenue growth, and monitoring publisher performance data for growth opportunities. Requirements: 2-3 years programmatic video experience at ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher; knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising; strong communication skills; ability to deliver data-driven insights; proven track record of driving projects and collaborating with stakeholders. Location: London, UK. Hybrid work model.
