Full job description

CJ is seeking a junior digital marketing professional with 1-3 years experience in client-facing or partnership roles. The role involves implementing lead generation campaigns, collaborating with the Client Development team, building strategies, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance, updating sales collateral, and managing relationships with brands, agencies, and publishers. Candidates must have basic affiliate marketing knowledge, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure. The position is full-time based in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the Senior Business Development Director.

What you'll do

  • Implement Lead Generation campaigns
  • Work alongside Client Development team for campaign delivery
  • Build strategies, optimize, and report on campaign performance
  • Update sales collateral including sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and publishers
  • Work across multiple channels including Email, Content, Affiliate, Social
  • Manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Report directly to Senior Business Development Director

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in digital media/client services
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
  • Passion for learning digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and deliver under pressure
