Full job description
InMobi Group is hiring a qualified Company Secretary with 3-4 years PQE relevant experience for a full-time on-site role in Bangalore. The candidate will ensure compliance with various laws including Companies Act 2013, FEMA, LODR, and company policies. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, notices, minutes for Board and shareholder meetings, filing statutory forms with MCA, managing statutory registers, coordinating audits, assisting in due diligence and fund raising, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and maintaining compliance calendars. Strong communication, proactive attitude, ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment, and problem-solving skills are required. Immediate joiners preferred. Ensure compliance by the company and its group companies of various laws and rules including Companies Act 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999, LODR, Shareholders and Share Subscription Agreements, company guidelines and policies

Maintain a compliance chart/calendar under Companies Act and other laws and monitor changes in statutes to ensure compliance
Research corporate secretarial matters across regions to assist business interpretation and implementation of company law regulations
Organize and update database of secretarial records, business licenses, regulatory approvals of group companies
