Full job description
Senior Associate – Business Finance role supporting revenue operations, planning cycles, and commercial decision-making in a fast-paced ad-tech environment. Responsibilities include partnering with product, revenue, and operations teams; preparing monthly accruals, revenue files, and forecasts; analyzing financial trends; reviewing contracts and deal structures; performing reconciliations; automating reporting and workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) and BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau); and supporting annual planning. Requirements: CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Tier 1 institute, 2-3 years experience in Business Finance or FP&A, strong Excel and financial modelling skills, familiarity with BI tools and AI assistants, exposure to SAP/Oracle/Anaplan or SQL is a plus, strong analytical skills, clear communication, and proactive mindset. Location: Bengaluru, India.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted finance partner for the business, working closely with product, revenue, and operations teams
Support planning cycles — prepare monthly accruals, maintain revenue files, and build/update revenue and cost forecasts

Sharp analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication — able to summarize findings crisply
