Senior Associate - Account Development at InMobi Advertising. Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Exchange Partners including onboarding, activation, growth, operational support, and retention. Partner with GTM teams to support strategic accounts and manage a portfolio of scaled partners. Drive onboarding readiness, platform configuration, and compliance. Build relationships with partners, provide operational guidance, resolve issues, and improve partner experience and platform adoption. Own partner communications and identify opportunities to improve partner health and monetization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and operational efficiency. Champion automation and process optimization by designing and implementing scalable workflows and playbooks. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3-4 years experience in account or programmatic advertising roles, strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem, analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and experience with BI teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Location: Bangalore, India.

Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define, operationalize, and continuously enhance dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into partner health, onboarding effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs
Perform root cause analysis to investigate operational issues and recommend scalable corrective actions
Maintain high standards of data quality and reporting integrity across Account Development workflows
Champion an automation-first mindset by continuously identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve operational scalability
Design, document, and optimize repeatable onboarding, account management, and partner support processes that enable efficient growth
Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to implement workflow improvements and automation initiatives
Develop and maintain playbooks, operating procedures, and best practices that improve execution consistency across the Account Development function
Drive continuous process improvement by challenging existing workflows and implementing scalable solutions that enhance both partner and internal experiences
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Account Development, Publisher Success, Bidder Success, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Advertising
Experience managing publisher or bidder relationships within the programmatic advertising ecosystem is preferred
Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Header Bidding, RTB, and digital advertising workflows
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools to derive actionable business insights
Experience working with Business Intelligence or Analytics teams to define reporting requirements and operational metrics is preferred
Familiarity with workflow automation, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies is highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset and the ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple priorities
