Full job description
Epsilon's Creative team seeks a mid-level Art Director with 3-5 years of experience in digital design within agency or in-house settings. The role involves leading concept development and execution across web, mobile, audio, and video marketing channels. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating data-driven insights into creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, basic motion graphics, and Microsoft Office programs is required; Figma knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients are essential. Occasional travel for client meetings is expected. The position is full-time and located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
