Seeking a Survey Programming Senior Analyst with 3+ years in market research. Responsibilities include programming and testing complex surveys on Dimensions (IOM), ensuring data quality, coordinating with project managers, reviewing questionnaires, managing survey data, and providing technical support. Requires bachelor's degree in relevant field, experience with Dimensions (IOM), programming large multi-market studies, complex quotas, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

What you'll do

Program and script high-complexity surveys on the Dimensions (IOM) Survey platform, ensuring accurate execution according to specifications
Conduct thorough testing of surveys, review data, and provide high-quality links to clients
Coordinate with internal project managers and client services team members to finalize survey materials
Provide guidance on Dimensions (IOM) Survey functionality and solutions
Review survey questionnaires and make recommendations for efficient programming and optimal data layout
Manage survey data and export data for analysis
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for survey-related issues
Develop, test, and implement innovative approaches, functions, and solutions to streamline survey programming and enhance project efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with Dimensions (IOM)
Experience programming large, multi-market, complex studies
Experience programming complex quotas
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
