Responsible for managing 8-10 projects independently, with exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing studies. Key skills include Quantum, SPSS, MS Office, and Market Research methodologies such as MaxDiff and Segmentation. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, programming surveys with quality delivery, coordinating with clients and teams, preparing project documentation, resolving issues, attending training, managing platform updates, and supporting invoicing and project closure. Requires Bachelor's degree (mandatory), postgraduate qualification preferred, ability to work rotational/night shifts and weekends, and strong critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability.
