Full job description

Maintain and develop integrated financial models including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow projections. Build new models as needed. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis. Standardize business metrics reporting (ARR, NRR, CAC). Design scalable financial architecture and migrate from spreadsheets to FP&A systems. Develop SOPs for financial reporting. Partner with Finance on month-end close. Serve as finance partner for revenue and product teams. Collaborate on budgets, headcount, and ROI. Provide analysis for capital allocation and special projects. Requires bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 2-4 years experience in FP&A or related finance roles, advanced financial modeling skills, understanding of accrual accounting, and experience with financial software. Preferred experience in SaaS, AdTech, media, high-growth or pre-IPO environments, and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
