Full job description

Work on validation activities including model design, execution, assessment, data review, and campaign/marketing performance evaluation. Use statistical and digital analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DMP insight tools. Apply statistical techniques including regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and factor analysis. Conduct time-series forecasting and manage delivery of marketing data and analytics insights. Perform quantitative marketing analyses and build XGBoost or machine learning models for customer segmentation. Generate and manipulate digital data from web, ad, email, and mobile media. Develop and present strategic marketing analytics projects including customer profiling, lifecycle analysis, campaign test design, dashboard reporting, and customer segmentation. Create dashboards in Tableau or Looker identifying key KPIs and develop PowerPoint presentations with key findings. Requires bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in R, Python, Pyspark, SQL, Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, DMP tools, machine learning, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power BI. What you'll do

  • Contribute to validation activities including model design, execution, assessment, data review, and campaign/marketing performance evaluation
  • Utilize statistical and digital analytics tools for data analysis
  • Conduct time-series forecasting and manage timely delivery of marketing data/reporting and analytics insights
  • Conduct quantitative marketing analyses and build XGBoost or machine learning models for customer segmentation
  • Generate and manipulate digital data from media types including web, ad, email, and mobile
  • Develop, write, and present strategic marketing analytics recommendations and projects such as customer profiling, lifecycle analysis, campaign test design, dashboard reporting, and customer segmentation
  • Use data findings to tell a story with actionable recommendations
  • Develop Tableau or Looker dashboards identifying key KPIs
  • Develop simple PowerPoint presentations with key findings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field
  • 1-2 years of experience as an analyst or senior analyst or related occupation
  • 1-2 years experience with R, Python, Pyspark, SQL, Advanced Excel
  • Experience with multivariate statistics, logistic regression, multiple regression
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DMP insight tools
  • Experience with regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis
  • Experience in XGBoost modeling techniques and machine learning model building
  • Proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations to communicate data insights
  • 1-2 years developing, testing, and evaluating marketing analytics tools
  • 1-2 years developing reporting and dashboards for marketing performance evaluation
  • At least 1 year experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI
  • 1-2 years experience using multivariate data mining techniques on unstructured business problems
  • Marketing analytics experience preferred
