Full job description

Senior Trainer/Coach role focused on designing and delivering AI training programs and coaching to develop employee capabilities. Responsibilities include creating curricula, delivering training sessions (in-person, virtual, hybrid), coaching employees, facilitating learning communities, assessing learning needs, measuring training effectiveness, and fostering continuous growth in AI literacy. Requires 5+ years experience in training design or coaching, strong AI knowledge, expertise in adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and experience with blended learning programs. Preferred qualifications include certifications in instructional design or coaching, advanced degree in Education or L&D, and experience with learning management systems. Hybrid work model with 1 day/week in office. No visa sponsorship. What you'll do

  • Design and develop comprehensive AI training curricula for different skill levels and departments
  • Create engaging learning materials, tutorials, workshops, and self-paced content
  • Develop training tracks from beginner to advanced levels
  • Customize training approaches for different organizational units and roles
  • Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to help employees apply AI in their roles
  • Facilitate learning communities and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing
  • Create safe, supportive learning environments that build confidence
  • Assess learning needs across the organization
  • Measure training effectiveness and employee competency development
  • Identify gaps and iterate on training programs for continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of continuous growth and AI literacy across the client

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training design, instructional development, or coaching
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and practical usage
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training to different learning styles
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs
  • Track record of building organizational capability and driving adoption
  • Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or coaching methodologies (preferred)
  • Advanced degree in Education, L&D, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with learning management systems and training technology (preferred)
  • Background in organizational development or change management (preferred)
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available
