Full job description
Merkle, a dentsu company, is hiring a mid-level full-stack engineer to build and deploy multi-agent AI systems at enterprise scale. The role involves designing autonomous agent networks using LangChain and LangSmith, developing backends in Node.js/TypeScript, frontends with React/Next.js, and deploying on AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda). Candidates must have practical AWS experience, be daily users of AI coding tools like Claude or Cursor, and have experience with multi-agent systems. Responsibilities include monitoring agent performance, implementing fallback logic, and collaborating with clients. The position is hybrid based in Lisbon with flexible hours and no visa sponsorship.
