Full job description
VideoAmp is hiring a Principal AI Infrastructure Engineer to design and build production-critical AI infrastructure systems supporting agentic workflows and LLM-powered customer experiences. This senior full-time remote role requires 7+ years software engineering experience including 1+ years in AI/ML infrastructure or LLM platform engineering. Strong skills in Go, Python, SQL, production API design, multi-tenant system design, and experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) are required. Responsibilities include owning multi-tenant tool layers, extending A2A interfaces, building durable agent runtimes, leading evaluation-driven development with CI/CD pipelines, designing agent orchestration, participating in on-call rotations, and collaborating across teams. Compensation includes a base salary of $184,000 to $210,000, equity, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and other perks.
What you'll do
- Own multi-tenant tool layers including isolation, rate limiting, and caller-attribution systems
- Extend A2A interfaces and experiences for customer and internal agents
