Full job description

Seedtag is seeking a Senior AI Analyst in Madrid to own business data and conduct analyses that drive business opportunities and KPI improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing contextual product performance, proposing improvements, designing AI-driven automation tools using Large Language Models like Claude, building data democratization tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex data and AI use cases. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, 3-5 years experience in fast-paced environments, advanced SQL skills, experience with Python or R, knowledge of BigQuery and MySQL, ETL experience, AI/LLM utilization skills, data visualization expertise, strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred experience includes working with Claude or other LLMs, AI orchestration tools, forecasting, and presenting data insights externally. What you'll do

Analyze performance of current Contextual products and processes
Propose initiatives to improve commercial and operational results
Design, build, and deploy tools that automate internal processes leveraging AI and Large Language Models (Claude)
Help build tools and AI-assisted interfaces for data democratization within the company
Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve complex use cases with data and AI
Develop strong business acumen and knowledge of the adTech ecosystem

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
Certifications/education in Data, Business Intelligence, or Artificial Intelligence are a plus
3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (scale-up, corporate, or consulting)
Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Experience with Python or R for data analysis, manipulation, and API integrations
Knowledge of database management systems such as BigQuery and MySQL
Experience with ETL processes and tools
Proven experience or strong knack for utilizing AI/LLMs (such as Claude) to automate workflows and build internal analytical tools
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
Strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify information needs and design AI-driven or analytical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred: Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) or other major LLMs
Preferred: Experience with AI orchestration tools or API integrations
Preferred: Experience in forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modelling
Preferred: Experience presenting data analysis results to external stakeholders
