Full job description

Lead and drive complex, enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives supporting business transformation and value creation. Manage strategic programs with end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and reporting. Define strategy, objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation. Establish governance forums and track program health and business outcomes. Drive asset reusability and standardization. Lead change management, adoption, training, and communication initiatives including AI. Collaborate with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Enablement teams. Influence teams to deliver outcomes. Act as strategic advisor for the MD’s office. Requires 12+ years in program management, consulting or transformation, preferably from Big 4 or internal strategy teams. Experience managing multi-workstream enterprise programs and exposure to AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation preferred. Strong skills in business case creation, benefits tracking, OKR planning, problem solving, communication, and working in matrixed global organizations.
