Full job description

Seeking Senior Advisor, Data Partnerships to lead strategic partner relationships and drive initiatives for market expansion, solution adoption, and commercial growth. Role involves shaping partnership strategy, advancing cross-functional priorities, and collaborating with internal leaders and external partners. Requires 5+ years in strategic partnerships or related roles within ad tech, marketing tech, media, or data ecosystems. Must have strong knowledge of DSPs, DMPs/CDPs, social advertising platforms, identity/onboarding providers, and activation solutions. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, driving business reviews, coordinating new capabilities and integrations, and representing the company externally. Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment required. Preferred experience includes enterprise marketers, audience activation, identity resolution, data governance, and privacy. Location: New York, NY. Salary range: $128,500 to $237,700 annually. What you'll do

  • Lead portfolio of strategic data and platform partner relationships, set priorities, strengthen executive-level engagement, drive long-term business value
  • Identify and advance partnership strategies to expand market opportunity, improve adoption of Epsilon PeopleCloud Audience Activation solutions, support revenue growth
  • Shape and influence cross-functional priorities by translating partner needs, market dynamics, and commercial opportunities into actionable internal plans
  • Drive partner business reviews and planning discussions using performance insights and market context to recommend actions and inform decision-making
  • Partner with senior collaborators across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Client teams to align on investment areas, go-to-market priorities, and execution plans
  • Lead advancement of new partner capabilities, integrations, and critical initiatives by coordinating complex workstreams and resolving issues
  • Serve as senior subject matter expert on partner capabilities, activation workflows, and ecosystem trends
  • Represent Epsilon in high-impact external conversations to deepen partner alignment, unlock new opportunities, and reinforce strategic value

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, strategy, operations, or related client-facing role within advertising technology, marketing technology, media, or data ecosystem
  • Strong command of ad tech and data partnership landscape including DSPs, DMPs/CDPs, social advertising platforms, identity or onboarding providers, and related activation solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic external relationships and influencing complex, cross-functional initiatives across senior collaborator groups
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities, assess tradeoffs, and translate partnership activity into business impact
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • High degree of judgment, ownership, and adaptability, ability to operate independently in fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise marketers, agencies, platform partners, or large-scale ecosystem stakeholders
  • Preferred: Familiarity with audience activation, identity resolution, onboarding, measurement, or clean room-related partnership models
  • Preferred: Experience defining and launching new partner capabilities, strategic integrations, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data governance, data privacy concepts, or working with sensitive data (PII and/or pseudonymized data)
