Full job description

Senior Advisor, Client Engagement role responsible for serving as the primary liaison between clients and Epsilon's teams. Lead a cross-functional team to achieve client business outcomes and financial goals. Manage client engagements end to end, contributing to business growth and streamlining delivery of value. Requires 5+ years industry experience, 2+ years managerial experience, program and project management skills, and customer-facing experience in Martech or Adtech. What you'll do

  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and Epsilon's teams
  • Lead a matrixed, cross-functional team to achieve client business outcomes
  • Lead expectations and financial goals for client engagements
  • Drive collaboration across multicultural and geographically dispersed organization
  • Lead client engagements end to end ensuring financial goals are met
  • Contribute to business growth and streamline delivery of value to customers
  • Craft and formalize the Client Engagement function
  • Refine project and program oversight capabilities
  • Improve client rapport skills
  • Cultivate financial insight
  • Guide and provide feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Improve leadership and communication abilities in a matrixed setting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industry-specific experience
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Program and project management experience
  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing position
  • Experience in the Martech or Adtech industries
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
