Senior AdOps Director & Team Lead, Programmatic role based in Paris. Manage a local French AdOps team with 5+ years experience. Oversee media activation, presales media guidance, and account growth for agency and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include team leadership, troubleshooting ad operations, coordinating with Spain team, defining presales pricing, providing strategic insights, managing Tier 1 client performance and growth, ensuring campaign excellence, and preparing post-campaign analytics. Requires 8+ years in programmatic advertising with people management experience, presales strategy skills, deep DSP knowledge (DV360, Xandr, Yahoo, or TTD), strong client relationship skills, analytical mindset with Excel proficiency, excellent communication, native French and fluent English, and ability to travel infrequently.
