Full job description

Criteo seeks a Senior Account Strategist for its Enterprise Brand Team in Seoul. This full-time hybrid role involves managing day-to-day relationships with Performance Media customers, optimizing campaigns, growing revenue, and maintaining strong client partnerships. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, client retention, advising on digital strategies, leading virtual teams, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering client presentations. Candidates should have 5-7 years (7-12 preferred) experience in online performance media or brand agency, preferably in Retail or Consumer Brand sectors, strong communication skills, technical knowledge of site tagging and ad ops, and fluency in English and Korean. What you'll do

  • Drive yearly/quarterly/monthly account plans with advertisers addressing risks and opportunities
  • Provide top-level strategic account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong client partnerships as a trusted consultant at all levels including C-level
  • Advise on client digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices
  • Run virtual teams internally to ensure clients have necessary resources to deliver growth
  • Optimize accounts to improve performance and maximize revenue growth opportunities
  • Aggressively grow revenue, track client retention, negotiate additional budgets, and upsell new products
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized client solutions and ensure goals are met
  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes to enhance Criteo’s service
  • Lead internal account management initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Create personalized proposals and deliver presentations to clients monthly or quarterly

Requirements

  • 5-7 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance media for ecommerce players or brand agency experience (7-12 years preferred)
  • Expertise in Retail or Consumer Brand verticals highly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Growth mindset with pro-active opportunity seeking, team player, broad vision, tenacious and flexible, eager to develop and learn, challenge status quo
  • Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues and up-sell new products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive verbal and written communication expertise
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving, and ad ops is an advantage
  • BA/BS university degree
  • Fluency in English and Korean
