Full job description

Taboola is hiring a Senior Account Manager (Programmatic) in Tel Aviv. The role involves managing tier-1 programmatic clients, identifying upsell and optimization opportunities, and growing partnerships. Requires 5+ years B2B client-facing experience in online media/performance marketing, strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Looker), and fluency in English. Experience with programmatic platforms (SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB) and AI tools is a plus. Responsibilities include client relationship management, performance monitoring, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with product teams. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do

  • Manage a book of business of programmatic partners, understanding client strategic objectives & KPIs
  • Identify and execute upsell and optimization opportunities to grow partnerships
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance for different client integrations and activities
  • Use data analytics tools daily to draw business conclusions and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct weekly client calls to share insights, initiatives, and review performance
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key clients, influencing their business strategy
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans and conduct quarterly business review meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and other internal teams to improve products and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • B.A / BSc degree
  • 5+ years of professional client facing experience in a B2B client-facing role in the online media / performance marketing space
  • Ability to provide world-class client service while keeping a focus on growing revenues
  • Strong analytical skills - proficient in working with Excel advanced functions
  • Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau / QlikSense / Looker - an advantage
  • Love for data-driven decision making - ability to monitor, A/B test and identify trends in data to generate action items and insights
  • Excited about complex analytical challenges and enjoy solving them
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly motivated, super proactive and dedicated
  • Natural collaborator, able to work with multiple teams
  • Quick learner with great attention to details and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Experience working with programmatic platforms (SSPs & DSPs) on different types of integrations, preferably OpenRTB (bonus)
  • Familiarity with different AI tools and ambition to adopt LLM based functions to improve productivity (bonus)
