Senior Account Manager, Platform Solutions role supporting a 12-month maternity leave in Toronto, Canada with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing programmatic advertising strategies, monitoring performance data, leading business reviews, troubleshooting monetization issues, and mentoring junior team members. Requires 4-6 years experience in digital advertising, strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau), excellent communication with senior stakeholders, knowledge of Canadian publishing and programmatic ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH), ability to work autonomously, bachelor's degree in related field, English fluency, and willingness to travel quarterly. What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Develop an excellent understanding of each customer’s business, technical set-up, and needs to create an end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices
- Proactively monitor client performance data across an omnichannel portfolio to provide recommendations and help achieve revenue goals
- Lead strategic quarterly business reviews and implement work plans
- Troubleshoot supply and deals monetization independently and with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues timely
- Lead internal enablement initiatives including troubleshooting training, Salesforce/contract process guidance, and sharing market intelligence
- Collect market feedback and relay it to product, marketing, and operations enablement teams
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, supporting their growth in product knowledge and client management
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in digital advertising, with proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into actionable client strategies (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian publishing landscape and programmatic advertising ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-value clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in English
- Hybrid work model – in office 3 days per week
- Ability to travel 1 week per quarter or as needed
