Full job description

Responsible for strategic account management and sales leadership for a portfolio of strategic client accounts in Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain). Develop and execute account strategies, maintain revenue base, drive billing activities, and ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Mentor junior account managers. Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to support customer satisfaction, revenue forecasting, and business reviews. Identify growth opportunities and support customer success initiatives. Requires over 5 years of account management or client-facing experience, strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs), experience negotiating commercial deals, and ability to manage client relationships. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

What you'll do

  • Provide strategic account management and sales leadership for assigned portfolio in Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain)
  • Develop and execute strategy for each account, maintain existing revenue base, and drive value
  • Drive billing activities with clients
  • Customer retention and satisfaction management
  • Leverage Net Promoter Score system to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and train junior account managers
  • Collaborate with customer service and support teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
  • Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues
  • Cultivate relationships with partners to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans
  • Partner with sales to develop new sales opportunities, review quota, funnel, and forecast
  • Support leadership with revenue forecasting and quarterly business reviews
  • Review new revenue opportunities to identify growth areas
  • Support customer success initiatives such as retention and client engagement
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
  • Understand and apply company Operating Principles
  • Own the customer experience and promote company products and services
  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
  • Experience negotiating commercial deals and campaign terms with clients (DSPs, SSP, or independents)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships across key accounts
  • Strong experience in adtech, programmatic, or media sales environments
  • Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)
  • Experience working directly with DSPs and managing those relationships
  • Comfortable working with sales teams on pipeline, forecasting, and targets
  • Ability to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue within accounts
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
