VideoAmp seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage post-sale client relationships with Omnicom agencies. The role requires 5+ years in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech or digital advertising, strong knowledge of programmatic media buying and ad operations, and experience with tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA. Responsibilities include managing client performance, fostering relationships, driving account growth, solving client challenges, and collaborating with internal teams. The position is full-time, hybrid in New York, NY, with a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 plus 30% commission and equity.
