Full job description
Liftoff is seeking a mid-level Account Manager for the APAC Demand Team based in Beijing. The role involves managing key customer relationships, delivering client service to mid to senior level points of contact, owning a book of business, understanding client goals, and coordinating internal resources. Responsibilities include managing mobile advertiser portfolios, launching campaigns, upselling, supporting new business sales, using complex data sets for account growth, maintaining stakeholder relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and consulting clients on strategy. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience with 3-5 years in account management and sales, organizational and project management skills, creative problem solving, preferred adtech experience, understanding of mobile app/digital media ecosystems, a strategic and data-driven mindset, and Excel proficiency. The position is hybrid with preference for 2-3 days per week in the Beijing office. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus with an annual OTE of RMB 425,000 - 550,000, equity, and health/vision/dental benefits.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of mobile advertisers, launching their campaigns, defining their strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources to execute their goals
- Support New Business Sales at times
- Show fluency with the processing and use of complex data sets to achieve account growth objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with mid level points of contact; introductory relationships with higher level stakeholders
- Collaborate cross functionally with Analytics & Operations, creative and product teams to solve issues, identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate internal meetings to drive results
- Strong level of understanding of Liftoff product and digital performance ecosystem; consult clients on the right strategy to meet their goals
Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of account management and sales experience

- Prior experience in an adtech company preferred
- Understanding of the mobile app and/or digital media ecosystem
- Strategic and data-driven mindset
- Ability to extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets
- Excel proficiency required
