Full job description

Senior Account Manager role on the APAC Demand Team based in Singapore. Responsible for managing key Chinese mobile advertiser client relationships, launching campaigns, defining strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources. Support new business sales occasionally. Use complex data sets to drive account growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, operations, creative, and product teams. Requires 5+ years experience including 4+ years in account management and sales, preferably in adtech. Must have strong organizational, project management, and creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and ability to communicate insights from complex data required. Business proficiency in Mandarin and English required. Willingness to travel quarterly to China. Compensation includes base salary plus variable OTE SGD 120,000 - 140,000, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of Chinese mobile advertisers, launching campaigns, defining strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources to execute goals
  • Support New Business Sales at times
  • Use complex data sets to achieve account growth objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with mid level POCs and introductory relationships with higher level stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Analytics & Operations, creative and product teams to solve issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Consult clients on the right strategy to meet their goals with strong understanding of Liftoff product and digital performance ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Minimum 4 years of account management and sales experience
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Creative solution-seeking skills
  • Prior experience in an adtech company preferred
  • Understanding of the mobile app and/or digital media ecosystem
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Experience owning Chinese client relationships, ideally within the mobile ecosystem
  • Willingness for quarterly business travel to China
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
  • Business proficiency in English
