Full job description
Senior Account Manager role based in Singapore on the APAC Demand Team managing key customer relationships in SEA. Responsible for client service, revenue expansion, executive alignment, strategic roadmap discussions, and long-term partnership development. Requires 5+ years experience including 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or sales in ad tech, mobile marketing, gaming, e-commerce, or digital consulting. Must have strong project management, commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills, with experience using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Salesforce. Role is hybrid with 1-3 days/week in Singapore office and up to 25% international travel. Business proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Vietnamese required.
