Full job description

Senior Account Manager role on APAC Demand Team based in Beijing. Manage key customer relationships, deliver client service to mid to senior level contacts, own book of business, understand client goals, and coordinate internal resources. Responsibilities include managing mobile advertiser portfolios, campaign strategy and execution, cross-functional collaboration, strategic account planning, data-driven growth, revenue forecasting, and client relationship building. Requires 5-7+ years experience with 3-5 years in account management or enterprise sales in ad tech, mobile marketing, fintech, gaming, or digital consulting. Strong project management, commercial, negotiation, analytical, communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin required. Willingness for quarterly APAC and international travel. Hybrid work model with preference for 2-3 days/week in Beijing office. Compensation includes base and variable pay with equity and benefits.
