Full job description

Senior Account Manager role based in London, UK with a hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office). Responsible for managing agency relationships across EMEA, driving adoption of Magnite's platform solutions, developing go-to-market strategies, leading product demos, identifying upsell opportunities, troubleshooting, and providing strategic consultation. Requires 4+ years experience in media or ad tech account management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with SSP/DSP or Ad Server platforms preferred, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail. What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with agencies across EMEA
  • Design, launch, and track platform initiatives to drive traction and performance
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and supporting materials to accelerate adoption
  • Create agency-focused solutions and partnerships to increase platform value and stickiness
  • Lead product demos across platforms
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand client usage of Magnite’s product suite
  • Troubleshoot challenges and propose scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Offer strategic consultation across all Magnite platforms and supply offerings
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to help shape product strategy and business growth
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across internal teams
  • Take on additional projects as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media or ad tech account management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Passionate about programmatic, CTV, RTB, platforms, and industry innovation
  • Hands on keyboard experience with SSP/DSP or Ad Server platforms preferred
  • Clear communication and strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail
  • Highly organized mindset with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and professional, proactive team player
