Full job description

Senior Account Manager role managing programmatic ad campaigns on Magnite's platform. Responsibilities include client relationship management, campaign execution, data-driven account growth, reporting, and troubleshooting. Requires 4-6 years experience in digital advertising with RTB/programmatic knowledge, strong communication, analytical skills, and familiarity with Google Suite, Tableau, and ad tech platforms. Hybrid work schedule with 2 remote days (Mon/Fri) and 3 in-office days (Tue/Wed/Thu) in New York City. Salary range $85,000-$100,000 plus bonus and equity. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Demand Facilitation and Enterprise Sales to manage client relationships and campaigns pre-sale and post-sale
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and their campaigns on Clearline
  • Educate clients on Magnite offerings, supply, and products
  • Monitor pipeline and revenue tracking and manage progress toward team and company goals
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and understanding of clients’ KPIs
  • Provide campaign reporting, insights, and updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks preventing successful delivery and performance
  • Conduct in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Sales
  • Maintain a positive mindset, solution-oriented outlook, and dedicated work ethic

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising including RTB/programmatic and digital advertising
  • Experience at an agency, DSP, or SSP is a plus
  • Proven ability to uphold professional business connections
  • Highly motivated, outcome-focused mindset with accountability, ownership, and urgency for results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills including ability to identify trends in large data sets
  • Experience in Google Suite, Tableau, and other reporting platforms
  • Understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; campaign planning and buying
  • Ability to balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced environment with effective time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and proactive prioritization
  • Intellectual curiosity leading to actionable insights
  • Eagerness to undertake new challenges impacting the business
  • Aptitude for technical troubleshooting and proactive analysis in the ad tech ecosystem
