Full job description

The role reports to the Director of Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. The position supports major independent agencies and brand direct clients in Chicago. Responsibilities include acting as the main client contact, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimizations, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing strategic advice. Requires 6+ years of experience in RTB/programmatic (DSP, Ad Network), experience with Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, strong client relationship management skills, and knowledge of digital advertising trends. The role is full-time, hybrid remote with occasional client visits, and involves up to 20% travel.

What you'll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various verticals
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on campaign goals
  • Provide strategic solutions and optimizations to meet KPIs
  • Identify upselling opportunities and improve services through tools, procedures, and reports
  • Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education
  • Travel up to 20% of the time

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
  • Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
