Full job description
VideoAmp seeks a Senior Account Manager, Agency Partners to manage post-sale client relationships in independent agencies, focusing on AdTech and measurement. Responsibilities include managing client performance, fostering consultative relationships, understanding KPIs, solving challenges, driving client value, and collaborating with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams. Requires 5+ years in Account Management or Client Services in AdTech or digital advertising, experience with agency holding companies (WPP, Dentsu), knowledge of programmatic media buying and ad operations, and proficiency with Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA. Benefits include base salary $95,000-$115,000, 30% commission, equity, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, parental leave, and commuter perks. Role is hybrid in New York, NY.
