Full job description

Quantcast is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its Commercial team in Sydney. The role involves managing and growing key sales accounts across managed services and self-serve clients primarily in New South Wales. Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign management, client consultation, account strategy development, onboarding new accounts, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure campaign success. Candidates must have 5+ years of client-facing account management and operations experience in digital/programmatic media, strong strategic thinking, technical troubleshooting skills including pixel implementation, and experience with campaign reporting and analytics. Bonus skills include SQL query modification and advanced troubleshooting of Ad-Servers and Tag Implemented platforms. What you'll do

  • Lead as main point of contact for servicing clients within assigned patch
  • Maintain end-to-end campaign management including delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, optimizations, and recommendations
  • Develop account strategies to maximize advertiser spend and drive long-term retainer relationships
  • Drive onboarding process for new accounts on managed services and self-serve
  • Consult with clients to understand business and brand objectives and develop best-practice campaign setups and data-driven analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Operations Support, Engineering) to ensure campaign success and alignment with SLAs
  • Act as a resource for platform support, troubleshooting technical issues with technical specialists

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years client facing account management and operations experience in digital/programmatic media
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking to create opportunities for clients and company
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting such as pixel implementation
  • Experience making recommendations to clients to optimize spend
  • Passion for programmatic media and exposure to agencies and direct clients
  • Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating client conversations
  • Proven experience working with campaign reporting and analytics
