Full job description

Digital Turbine is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its Commercial team based in New York, NY. This full-time hybrid role reports to the Head of Account Management, Americas. Responsibilities include supporting the global Brand Team with client reporting, proposal creation, custom app lists, and campaign wrap-up reports. The role manages multiple client campaigns through pre-launch asset collection, creative build, client kickoff calls, post-launch reporting, optimization, and identifying upsell opportunities. The candidate must provide excellent customer support and collaborate with creative, ad ops, billing, and sales teams. Requirements include a BA/BS (preferably in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing), 3-5 years of digital media experience at an agency, publisher, or Ad Tech company, knowledge of programmatic advertising, data analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Compensation ranges from $133,000 to $165,000 including base and commission, with benefits including stock options, unlimited PTO, and performance bonuses.

What you'll do

  • Support the global Brand Team with client reporting, proposal plan creation, custom app list creation, campaign wrap up reports
  • Complete requests accurately and meet deadlines
  • Assist in managing multiple client campaigns and ensure successful launch, delivery, and performance
  • Manage pre-launch process including asset collection, creative build, client kick off calls
  • Perform post-campaign launch duties including client reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Identify potential upsell/incremental opportunities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other departments such as creative, ad ops, billing, sales

Requirements

  • BA/BS required (Business, Economics, Analytics, and Marketing preferred)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Media at an agency, publisher or Ad Tech company
  • Programmatic Advertising knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data to pull out trends
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite products
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Self starter
  • Positive attitude, energetic, with sense of humor
