The Senior Account Manager will lead a major retail client, acting as the primary contact for the client, partner agencies, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading day-to-day execution of marketing strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, strong client management skills, and experience with large retail or enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago. Salary range: $82,800 - $108,000.
