Lead Statements of Work (SOW) renewals, change orders, and related contractual processes in partnership with clients and internal teams
Support account growth through market research, strategic analysis, and business development activities
Manage account financials, including forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and overall account health
Leverage Power BI and financial reporting tools to analyze trends, communicate performance insights, and support business decisions
Monitor deal economics and proactively identify risks, variances, and optimization opportunities to improve account performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5-7+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a combination of agency and relevant client-side experience
5+ years of experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams
3+ years of project management experience
Proven ability to manage client relationships, navigate complex situations, and develop effective solutions
Experience with financial forecasting, revenue management, and account operations
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and insight delivery skills
Exceptional organization, collaboration, and time management abilities
