Senior Account Manager needed to manage day-to-day execution of marketing strategies for a major retail client. Role involves client and internal stakeholder communication, campaign schedule adherence, quality deliverables, process improvement, and leadership within the delivery team. Requires 6+ years agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, proficiency with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong organizational and client-facing skills, contract and SOW management knowledge, and ability to identify new business opportunities. Position is full-time, hybrid remote with some in-office days expected for employees within commuting distance of HQ or Hub offices. Salary range $68,000 - $100,000.
