Full job description

Senior Account Manager role responsible for managing day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies for a major retail client. Acts as primary contact for client, agencies, and internal teams. Requires building strong client relationships, managing campaign schedules, running meetings, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, improving processes, and managing multiple email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze. Requires Bachelor's degree, 6+ years agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong organizational and client-facing skills, contract and SOW management knowledge, and ability to identify new business opportunities. Hybrid remote work with some in-office days expected for employees near HQ or hub offices. Salary range $68,000 - $110,400.
