Senior Account Manager role responsible for managing day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies for a major retail client. Main contact for client, agencies, and internal teams. Duties include building strong client relationships, running meetings, ensuring timely and quality deliverables, improving processes, leading delivery team, and managing multiple email campaigns through Braze. Requires 6+ years agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, proficiency with Braze, strong organizational and client-facing skills, knowledge of contracts and SOW management, and ability to identify new business opportunities. Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and some in-office days for employees near HQ or Hub offices. Salary range $68,000 - $110,400.
