Senior Account Manager role responsible for managing day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies for a major retail client. Acts as main contact for client, agencies, and internal teams. Requires partnership with client and Merkle stakeholders to execute marketing and support activities efficiently. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, running meetings, ensuring deliverable quality and timeliness, improving processes, leading delivery team, and managing multiple email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze. Requires Bachelor's degree, 6+ years agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong organizational and client-facing skills, contract and SOW management knowledge, and ability to identify new business opportunities. Position is hybrid with remote flexibility, based in Colorado. Salary range $68,000 - $95,000.
