Full job description

The Senior Account Manager in the Client Solutions department partners with Sales to service advertising agency partners and execute campaigns to meet client targets. Responsible for exceeding campaign performance expectations, updating and educating clients, and building relationships. Manages campaign setup with Design, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams according to KPIs. Trains and mentors junior team members. Flexible work environment with hybrid remote/in-office work, requiring proximity to Santa Monica office. Requires 3+ years digital media experience, preferably in Account Management or Media Planning, BA/BS degree or equivalent, proficiency in digital advertising concepts and metrics, experience with ad tech tools (DoubleClick, Sizmek, MOAT, IAS, Millward Brown, Upwave, Salesforce, DoubleVerify, JIRA), strong communication and client management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Compensation ranges from $83,000 to $102,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k) match and potential bonuses.

What you'll do

  • Own renewal business by delivering end-to-end client experience and securing future revenue pipelines
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients through proactive communication and in-person engagement
  • Analyze competitor campaigns to identify growth opportunities and drive expansion strategy
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for strategic accounts with actionable insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with AdOps for flawless campaign implementation and KPI delivery
  • Champion daily campaign performance reviews and streamline stakeholder workflows
  • Lead pod meetings with clear agendas and goal-setting to keep execution organized and on schedule
  • Onboard and mentor new team members, manage AM Core Curriculum, and co-own team education program

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital media experience, preferably in Account Management or Media Planning
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent practical industry experience
  • Proficient in digital advertising terms, concepts, revenue models, and advanced advertising metrics
  • Skilled at interpreting campaign performance metrics and explaining technical data to clients
  • Experience with ad tech and project tools such as DoubleClick, Sizmek, MOAT, IAS, Millward Brown, Upwave, Salesforce, DoubleVerify, and JIRA
  • Diplomatic communicator capable of managing diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex client needs while providing premier customer service
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with ability to balance competing demands and meet tight deadlines
