Senior Account Executive role based in Los Angeles focused on driving growth across Omnicom Group agencies and brand-direct clients. Responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle including identifying revenue opportunities, building relationships across agency networks, educating clients on Teads' CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic offerings, aligning product solutions with client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, maintaining sales pipeline accuracy in CRM, and analyzing operational inputs to optimize growth and renewals. Requires 5-7 years digital media sales experience with strong Omnicom agency network and expertise in video, CTV, and programmatic channels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills needed. Hybrid work model. Salary range $260,000 to $300,000 annually including on target earnings.
