Full job description
Senior Account Executive role based in New York City focused on driving growth across Dentsu agencies and brand-direct clients. Responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle, including identifying revenue opportunities, building relationships across agency networks, educating clients on Teads' CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising products, and collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns. Requires 5-7 years of digital media sales experience with strong agency network and expertise in programmatic channels. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be proactive in a fast-paced adtech environment. Compensation ranges from $260,000 to $300,000 annually including on target earnings. Hybrid work model.

- Identify and close high-potential revenue opportunities across Dentsu agencies and brand-direct accounts
- Establish deep, multi-threaded relationships across complex Dentsu structures including trading desks, planning teams, and executive leadership
