Full job description
Senior Account Executive role focused on managing and growing relationships with in-house advertisers and programmatic trading teams in Entertainment and Tech verticals. Responsibilities include business development, sales pipeline management, pitching customized media plans, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with support teams to optimize partner results. Requires 6-8 years of adtech sales experience with programmatic buyers, strong skills in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and analytics, and proven sales success. Hybrid work schedule with two remote days (Monday, Friday) and three in-office days (Tuesday-Thursday) in Los Angeles. Salary range $115,000 - $125,000 base plus bonus and equity. What you'll do
- Understand, build, and manage relationships with in-house advertisers and programmatic trading teams across Entertainment and Tech verticals
- Grow a book of business and account list through prospecting and business development across Magnite’s solutions
- Track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Promote all buying techniques utilized through programmatic infrastructure
- Analyze market trends and client needs to create and pitch customized media plans to digital media buyers through Programmatic and/or Managed Service deals
- Drive formal RFP responses for client prospects
- Understand new publisher inventory options and product offerings to educate and consult buyers
- Collaborate with support teams to monitor partners' business results and recommend improvements
- Secure, conduct, and win client prospect meetings and manage deals from initiation to closing
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 - 8 years of adtech sales/consulting/brand/publisher experience with programmatic buyers
- Experience within the online programmatic advertising space, ideally in Online Video & OTT
- Motivation to be a sales hunter with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Strong experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to connect effectively with individuals at every level of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
